My career in the wellness world began 20 years ago as a Certified Personal Trainer.  Over these two decades, I have worked with people of all fitness levels and became specialized in more complicated cases over the years, working with individuals with challenging neurological conditions, cancer, extreme orthopedic/structural issues, morbid obesity, and trauma survivors. 

Along the way, I realized that I wanted to be able to create better change for my clients in their body mechanics and  overall functionality and so I became certified both as a Muscle Activation Techniques Practitioner and Massage Therapist.

Although I focused mainly on the neuromuscular system at first, my fascination with the body’s lymphatic system quickly grew and I pursued further education in this specialized field. I am a Certified Lymphedema Therapist and Certified Manual Lymph Drainage Therapist. I am also trained specifically in post-surgical manual lymph drainage.

My approach to working with you begins, first and foremost, by genuinely listening to your needs, issues, and goals to create appropriate treatment sessions. I work with you with open communication, focus on your desired outcomes, and as a partner in your wellness journey.

On a personal note, I love the simple beach life! I spend my free time running the coast, staying strong through weight training, and relaxing on the beach.  My favorite thing in life is creating fun memories with my family and friends!
